Adagium: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the development and dissemination of original legal research. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers to publish empirical and normative legal studies that offer innovative perspectives and solutions to contemporary legal issues. Our research scope specifically covers Environmental Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Customary Law, and Islamic Law.

We invite researchers to submit manuscripts that align with the scope and quality standards of Adagium. Each submission will undergo a rigorous evaluation through a double-blind peer-review process. The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance rests entirely with the Editorial Board, guided by the recommendations provided by peer reviewers.

Notice to Authors: Prior to submission, authors are required to thoroughly read and understand the Author Guidelines. Manuscripts must be prepared in strict accordance with the established format and template. The editorial team conducts an initial technical screening; manuscripts that fail to comply with the guidelines, do not follow the template, or use an incorrect format will be rejected immediately during the screening phase. The journal only accepts manuscripts that meet all specified technical and substantive requirements.
