INTRODUCTION

The research findings should be analyzed with interpretation and synthesis with relevant theories (which may also come from the author’s own insights). Citations and references should follow the Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note) or an accepted referencing style and use reference management tools (Mendeley/Zotero/Endnote).

CONCLUSION
The conclusion should summarize the answers to the research objectives, potential applications or extensions of the research, and suggestions for future research.

REFERENCES
The reference list should be arranged alphabetically by the author’s last name. The reference list should use Cambria 12 Bold, All Caps with top and bottom spacing at 0 pt. The format for references follows the Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note) as shown below:
