Author Guidelines outline the essential requirements for manuscript submission to Adagium: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum. Authors are expected to ensure that their manuscripts comply with the following academic, technical, and ethical standards before submission.

1 Originality The manuscript must be an original work, must not have been published elsewhere, and must not be under review by another journal or publisher.
2 Scope The manuscript must focus on empirical research findings, literature-based studies, or conceptual ideas within the field of Legal Studies.
3 Language Manuscripts may be written in standard Indonesian or English using clear, accurate, and academically appropriate language.
4 Formatting The manuscript must strictly follow the formatting standards, article structure, and citation format specified in the Journal Template.
5 References Citation and bibliography management must be prepared using Mendeley or compatible reference management software in accordance with the journal’s required citation style.
6 Plagiarism Each manuscript will undergo plagiarism screening using Turnitin. The maximum permitted Similarity Index is 30%.
7 AI-Assisted Content The use of AI-generated content is limited to a maximum of 20% of the complete manuscript. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, citations, and ethical integrity of the submitted work.
8 Publication Ethics The manuscript must be free from plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, and other forms of publication misconduct.

Manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements may be returned to the author for revision or rejected by the editorial team before entering the peer-review process.
