Abstrak

The education system listed in Law No. 20 of 2003 states clearly that education is carried out regularly which emphasizes the potential of students to achieve one expected goal, namely knowledge, skills and attitudes. To achieve this target an optimal learning method is needed. The most influential factor in the learning method is the teacher. The grid is a format or matrix that contains standards about the questions needed or to be produced. The grid can also be interpreted as a test blue-print or table of specifications that contains a description of the competencies and material to be tested. The form is in the form of a table that contains details of the material and behavior as well as the proportions desired by the appraiser. Writing the question grid is the basic framework used for the preparation of questions in the evaluation of the educational and learning process. With this question guide, a teacher can easily make evaluation questions. The teacher only needs to follow the directions and content expected in the question writing guide in question. By implementing the Community Service program through training in making question guides, it is hoped that it can provide benefits and knowledge to improve skills in making question guides to achieve increased learning evaluation for quality education.
