Abstrak

Differences in the background, characteristics, and abilities of students that vary in the speed of receiving lessons are crucial factors that can affect the achievement of learning completeness in a subject. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of Classroom Assessment through the implementation of remedial teaching, enrichment, as well as benchmark reference assessment (PAP) and normative reference assessment (PAN). This research uses a qualitative approach method with Type Research Library. Data collection is done by detailing relevant references, including books, articles, and other sources. The results showed that remedial is an effort by teachers to improve the quality of students in accordance with planned expectations based on the planning and conditions of each student. Meanwhile, enrichment is designed as an additional program to provide challenges or reinforcement to learners who have basic understanding and higher level of ability. Benchmark reference assessment focuses on criteria for achieving learning objectives that have been formulated previously, while normative reference assessment is carried out by comparing student values with group norms, assessing the value obtained by students compared to other students in the classroom.
