Abstract

School Education Development Contribution (SPP) payment is one of the important administrative activities in school financial management. At SDN 186/II Kuamang Jaya, the SPP payment data management process is still carried out manually, which may cause difficulties in recording, searching for data, monitoring payments, and preparing reports. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based School SPP Payment Information System at SDN 186/II Kuamang Jaya to assist the school in managing payment data more effectively, efficiently, and systematically. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and tested using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that each system function operates according to the specified requirements. The designed system provides features for managing student data, classes, academic years, SPP payments, and payment reports. The result of this study is a web-based SPP payment information system that can facilitate the recording and searching of payment data, assist the school in monitoring students' SPP payment status, and generate more accurate and structured payment reports.
