This community service program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of Law Faculty students at Merangin University through the empowerment of local wisdom in Bangko. The method used is a participatory approach with training, mentoring, and collaboration with the local community. The results show that students successfully developed competitive products based on local wisdom. The main challenges faced include limited knowledge of business management and digital marketing. However, through comprehensive empowerment strategies, students were able to overcome these obstacles and contribute to cultural preservation and local economic development.

Legal counseling on customary law to the community of Tanjung Mudo Village aims to raise awareness about the importance of customary law in their social lives. Customary law, as part of an unwritten legal system, plays a crucial role in regulating social relations and resolving conflicts within indigenous communities. This counseling is carried out using an interactive communication method, involving customary leaders and active participation from local community members. This study demonstrates that the counseling successfully increased the community's understanding of their rights and obligations in the context of customary law, as well as the importance of preserving customary law as part of their cultural identity. Despite challenges in overcoming the differences in understanding between the older and younger generations, the strategies used in the counseling proved effective in fostering a better understanding of customary law and its relevance in everyday life. Therefore, this counseling makes a significant contribution to strengthening customary law as an instrument for resolving social issues and preserving culture in Tanjung Mudo Village.

Sustainable democracy requires the active participation of the community in the supervision and implementation of the principles of constitutional law.  In Sungai Piul, public awareness of their role in maintaining the sustainability of democracy still needs to be strengthened.  Therefore, this socialization activity aims to increase public understanding of the importance of involvement in the democratic process, both through policy supervision and participation in elections and other democratic mechanisms. The method used in this activity is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method to describe the role of constitutional law in supporting community participation. The results of the socialization show that increasing public understanding of democratic principles can increase active involvement in maintaining the sustainability of democracy at the local level

Youth play a strategic role in environmental conservation as part of sustainable development. This article discusses the optimization of youth participation in environmental preservation through Pancasila and environmental learning. This community service program was conducted in Talang Kawo, Dusun Bangko, involving students and the local community in educational activities and concrete actions such as reforestation and waste management. The results showed an increase in youth awareness and participation in maintaining cleanliness and environmental sustainability. By integrating Pancasila values, youth are encouraged to take responsibility and actively contribute to environmental conservation efforts. This approach has proven effective in enhancing environmental awareness and shaping youth character as agents of change in ecosystem sustainability.

Effective election supervision is crucial in ensuring honest, fair, and transparent elections. This study aims to improve the election supervisors' skills in Merangin Regency through counseling, simulations, and hands-on practice, as well as strengthening the ethics and integrity of supervisors in carrying out their duties. The method used in this community service is the provision of theoretical materials followed by election supervision simulations that depict various stages of the election process. Participants are also trained to understand the importance of maintaining ethics and integrity in every action they take. The results of this service show that simulations and hands-on practice enhance the technical skills of supervisors, while strengthening ethics and integrity bolsters supervisors' commitment to a fraud-free election. It is hoped that this activity can improve the quality of election supervision in Merangin Regency and create more credible and trusted elections in the community.
