Abstract

In the digital era, the protection of personal data has become a crucial issue, especially with the exponential growth of internet usage and the rapid advancement of technology. The role of law in safeguarding personal data is pivotal to ensuring individuals’ privacy and securing sensitive information from misuse, unauthorized access, and exploitation.
